I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, LEAP therapist, and Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. I provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals with a focus in disease management and prevention, weight management, and general nutrition and wellness. I am able to create sustainable behavior changes using an integrative and functional approach to food and well being by looking at the body as a whole.
Being certified as a LEAP therapist, I am trained in working with the Mediator Release Test to treat food sensitivities/intolerances, migraines, fibromyalgia, GERD, IBS, and other GI related ailments. I then tailor diets to the individual based on the the results.
Beyond food sensitivities I am trained to assess and support the state of the micro biome and specialize in quieting down symptoms of autoimmunity through dietary changes. Once the gut is addressed we improve and support most other systems for long term health improvements.
