She began teaching a course in Family Food & Nutrition in 2008 and has been teaching college courses while juggling motherhood ever since. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource. She enjoys interacting with clients to consider how best to help them reach their unique goals.
Amber provides a warm, nurturing environment to discover and explore what clients need to improve their health and wellness. She brings a diversity of interests to the table, including attention to food traditions and cultures, mindful mealtime habits, and a love for good food.
