For nearly a decade, I have specialized in working with adolescents and adults with disordered eating and medical nutrition therapy. I have worked as an RD in a variety of populations including eating disorders, general nutrition therapy at hospitals, the director of nutrition at a residential treatment facility and outpatient levels of care. IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL appointments available. I have had the pleasure of serving the eating disorder community for 10+ years, working in all levels of care. Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

The goal is to empower my clients with the nutrition basics of managing their health goals and/or conditions. The coming together of knowledge and action is the key to inspiring change. This is best accomplished one behavior at a time. At the first session, we establish personal goals and useful tools. During following sessions, we review previous food and activity logs. Then we discuss 1-2 practical actions that contribute to the desired health goals established.
