I specialize in weight loss nutritional counseling, vegetarian/vegan, sports nutrition, and strength, balance, and flexibility training. It is important to like what you're eating, and it doesn't have to all be health food. We discuss what you can eat more than what you can't. People become overweight for reasons other than knowledge and eat for reasons other than nourishment. Nutrition counseling is an client-driven exploratory process that teaches a lot about you and why you do what you do. Maggie Stenson MCN, RD, LD, CEDS is a registered dietitian specialized in eating disorders and is the founder of ATX Nutritional Counseling. Maggie has experience with clients of all ages and a variety of diagnoses including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). She has a special interest in working with children and adolescents and ARFID. Maggie provides both individual and family nutritional counseling and is passionate about helping her clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies.
