With over 40 years of practice experience, I have the expertise to help patients with a wide variety of complex nutritional problems. In addition to being a R.D., C.D.N, with a Ph.D. and M.P.H., I am a Board Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (IFMCP) through the Institute for Functional Medicine. I look at the total person when doing the patient's nutritional assessment and evaluation. At our center, our highly respected team of health practitioners works closely together with each patient to develop the most effective individualized/personalized treatment plan.
I specialize in functional medicine, weight management and eating disorders, however I see patients for a wide variety of medical problems. These include: Diabetes, IBS, IBD, Celiac Disease, Food Sensitivities and Intolerances, Heartburn, GERD, Hypertension, Cardiovascular Disease, Dyslipidemia, Hypercholesterolemia, and so much more!
We have a wide variety of practitioners at Healthy Weighs Wellness Center. I am only one of three Certified Dietitian-Nutritionists at our Center. We also have Chiropractic, DOT/CDL Physicals, Customized Orthotics, Acupuncture, Massage therapy, Reflexology, and Spa services including facials and waxing.
