I have been a registered dietitian for 15 years specializing in eating disorders. I have a non-diet, Health At Every Size approach to helping my clients with eating disorders, disordered eating, yo-yo dieting, etc. attain peace with food and their bodies. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults in their pursuit of freedom from eating disorders. I work closely with therapists, psychiatric providers, medical providers, and families of clients to achieve a team approach and to support my clients the best way possible. I would love to help you or your loved one heal and find wholeness.
I offer nutrition assessments, follow-ups, and experiential sessions such as eating out or grocery shopping with my clients. I meet my clients where they are when they begin work with me and help them achieve the goals they set for themselves and which are also in line with sound nutrition practice and medical stability.
