Ashley works with clients to develop a balanced approach to meals and helps clients learn a healthy relationship towards food that can be incorporated into a lasting lifestyle change.
Ashley has worked extensively in pediatric nutrition and with clients suffering from disordered eating and has a passion for helping clients gain a healthy relationship with food. Ashley is also qualified to work with clients who would like help with diabetes, high cholesterol, allergies, weight management, and for general wellness.
Ashley encourages her clients to improve their relationships with food by preparing individualized meal plans, implementing food exposure, and providing nutrition education in a supportive environment. Ashley holds undergraduate degrees in Dietetics and Psychology and is working towards the completion of a Masters of Education in Counseling at George Mason University.
