With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

I am an anti-diet and HAES-aligned registered dietitian, providing nutrition counseling to individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, and/or those living with chronic health conditions desiring a non-weight-centric approach to nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian who believes food is so much more than nourishment. Food is love, fun, and so deeply intertwined with family, culture, and life. It is my goal to help you get back in touch with these aspects of eating and food.

Rachel is a compassionate, board-certified nutrition expert with more than nine years of experience supporting patients with specialized health needs. She is passionate about working with patients in underserved communities. Both within and beyond her practice, Rachel is an advocate for patients facing the challenges of chronic disease. Her approach is deeply rooted in inclusive, thoughtful care that brings cultural competence to every interaction.

Allison's clients are often foggy-brained, struggling through their days feeling poorly and having low energy. Many of them want to be able to feel "normal" again. Her clients have different goals-- to conceive a healthy baby, to play with their grandkids, to be able to get out of bed, to lose weight for that wedding or reunion.

Diane Campbell has been a life changer as a Registered Dietitian for 20 years. Her areas of expertise include the treatment of patients with eating disorders, weight loss, gut health / IBS issues, & outpatient counseling for medical nutrition therapy and various nutritional needs. Diane has a magnetic personality that people naturally gravitate towards and open up to. Throughout her extensive experience in treating patients with eating disorders in private practice she has successfully helped hundreds of individuals overcome diseases. Diane is also a dynamic public speaker, available for speaking engagements and corporate wellness.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

Embodied Nutrition Therapy is a space that allows you to reconnect with your body. If you feel caught in a cycle of chronic dieting or disordered eating and need help with developing a new way of thinking about food, your body, and health, then meeting with me might be a step in that direction. If you are struggling with behaviors, like restriction, binging, or purging; experiencing chronic GI distress; or want to learn how to slow down to listen to your body, I can help you work toward meeting those needs. I offer individualized counseling and education to help you reframe how you experience your body.

Sara has been a Registered Dietitian since 2016. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for oncology patients. She works with patients prior to starting cancer treatment, during treatment, and for nutrition therapy after completing treatment. During her spare time, Sara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and hiking.
