In my practice I combine the science of evidence based practices with a mindful, intuitive and functional approach to help you reach your goals. I want to help you live your fullest life, reduce your risk for chronic diseases or support you in your battle against these disease.
I am board certified in oncology nutrition and have professionally worked in cancer prevention and survivorship since 2011. I am also certified in food sensitivity testing and as a Lifestyle Eating and Performance (LEAP) therapist. In addition, I have specialized experience with performance nutrition, corporate wellness, cardiac rehab & eating disorders.
While it may seem that I have specialized in a variety of areas with little to link them; the common theme is using tools to reduce chronic inflammation & imbalances in the body. Thereby reducing disease risk and increasing your bodies own potential, allowing you to live a happier & healthier life.
