It is my mission to help my clients lead life to the fullest by teaching them how to eat intuitively, to instill a no fad diet way of life and create symmetry between work, exercise, family and food. I see clients for a variety of reasons, but specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, sports nutrition and general wellness. I am a board Certified Specialist in Sport Dietetics (CSSD). I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD).

Riley’s approach to care is rooted in developing a strong rapport with the client and making client’s feel safe and heard. Per her nutrition philosophy, Riley believes in nutrition care that is a mutual conversation where a client can have a say in their care, as this will lead to more sustainable, long-term progress; additionally, Riley practices from a non-diet and Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective for all clients, regardless of diagnosis. Riley prioritizes individualized treatment, tailoring interventions to meet clients developmental, financial, physical and emotional needs.

I am experienced in working with high-level adolescent and adult athletes, and recreational athletes of all ages and abilities. My past and current clients include top 10 NCAA recruits, Olympic Trials qualifiers, NFL players, and other professional athletes.

Being vegetarian is awesome. It can help your kidneys too, especially if you have been diagnosed with CKD. Patients often struggle to find the right diet for kidneys or are trying to make sense of 'food lists' given to them by their physician, not realizing that a renal diet is much more than a list of do's and don'ts. Angela has been a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist since 2007. She has a certificate of training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This means that Angela takes a holistic approach looking at all parameters of a person's health to personalize a specific plan. Angela specializes in digestive health and plant-based nutrition as she has personally experienced issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and altered hormones that have been helped with the use of holistic evidence-based nutrition.

Amber Rodenas, RD, LDN at Littles Nutrition is a pediatric dietitian who works with kids and families on various kids nutrition struggles. She helps relieve the stress and worry around your child's nutrition and well-being.

I take a bioindividual, root cause approach to functional nutrition with a focus on healing from a variety of chronic conditions through targeted nutrition and supplementation. I am passionate about helping people deeply heal to return to their best quality of life.

She enjoys working with clients to provide individualized support in reaching their health goals and achieving sustainable lifestyle changes. Her perspective is rooted in meeting a patient where they are at in their journey with no judgment. She believes wholeheartedly that the approach with nutrition, eating and health is not one size fits all and strives to support patients in each of their unique journeys, one step at a time.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Sara has been a Registered Dietitian since 2016. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for oncology patients. She works with patients prior to starting cancer treatment, during treatment, and for nutrition therapy after completing treatment. During her spare time, Sara enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and hiking.

Randi Andres is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, PCOS, and Digestive Issues. Her passion is to help clients cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Through a non-diet, weight inclusive philosophy, Randi enjoys providing the tools and support to clients so that they can learn to nourish their bodies in a safe, non-judgmental, and enjoyable way. She believes that through integrating the principles of intuitive eating and health at every size, everyone can and deserves to achieve food freedom.

As a registered dietitian nutritionist and the owner of The Sweet Life Nutrition and Fitness, I believe in meeting the patient where they're at, "...because everyone deserves to live the sweet life". I primarily provide virtual care to patients with diabetes wanting to improve their blood sugars by implementing a sustainable, maintainable diet while also improving their fitness through guided workout plans and advice. I want to help build food freedom for people with diabetes so they can live their best life without their condition feeling like a crutch!
