How long have you been dieting? Is the current diet you are following helping you to lose weight or is it leaving you frustrated with little results. I am here to help. My goal is to take away restrictive dieting and help my clients build a healthy relationship with food. I also work with clients who have struggled with traditional diets, either they do not see results or they cannot maintain their results for the long term. I help clients get to the root cause of stubborn weight loss through advanced testing, personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
As a dietitian, my goal is to help those individuals who have tried very little or who have tried everything, resolve their nutrition related issues through an integrative and functional approach. In addition I use my clinical experience with advanced testing to further help my client's resolve their health concerns.
I am a true believer in the power of food as medicine and I understand the importance of finding a balance between physical and mental health. Through my education and nutrition counseling experience, I coach individuals to better health and healing, using food and nutrition as their guide.
