Kristy specializes in epigenetics and nutrition, empowering people to maximize their health. Using scientific tools and research, I develop a unique program that is customized to fit your health and wellness needs. Health is like a 7 layer dip: diet, lifestyle, environment, family history, diagnoses, signs & symptoms, and epigenetics. Your genes actually are about 30% of your health. While you can't control the genes you get you can support where you have inherent weaknesses.
What is healthy for one person can be poison to another. Rather than guessing, epigenetics allows us to dig into your genetic makeup and learn where your body needs support. We can then layer food intake, supplements, and lifestyle changes to support your body's natural ability to heal itself. I offer nutritional counseling as well as health coaching.
As an alternative health care clinic, I often work with your primary care physician to help you get the best possible results, naturally and effectively. I am a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner, and Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, as well as Certified in Culinary Genomics, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and a Certified Gluten Practitioner.
