We specialize in Intuitive Eating, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Values-based techniques to foster a trusting and loving relationship between mind and body. We also work within a Health at Every Size approach to help you find body positivity and size acceptance. Food allergies, gut distress, and sports performance can be addressed in addition.
We offer services for clients within Downtown LA, West LA, and the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys. We provide video or in-home sessions on a case-by-case basis, in order to support you with an individualized approach to meet your unique goals.
