Haley is a Registered Dietitian practicing lifestyle medicine. This whole-person approach to wellness recognizes that our physical health is very much connected to our mental/emotional health. Haley received her education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her dietetic internship in Chicago through Aramark Healthcare+. Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

Kristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She believes in creating a supportive environment for behavior change. Change is difficult and vulnerable, and Kristina knows the importance of empathy and compassion in this work. Kristina believes in Health at Every Size and weight-inclusive care. She believes that health incorporates emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.

Ilana has been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. She completed her dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for various neurological conditions including epilepsy, post-traumatic brain injury, stroke prevention and post-stroke management, swallowing difficulty with use of modified diets, alternative routes of nutrition. Additionally, she also provides medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight loss. Ilana enjoys getting to know her patients and working with them overtime to achieve and further goals.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

Hi there! I'm Faith, licensed registered dietitian and founder of The Bariatric Nutritionist. I specialize in treating adults with overweight and obesity. I received my Masters in Nutrition at University of Illinois. I bring to my practice over 6 years of nutrition therapy at one of the largest medical and surgical weight loss centers in Chicago. My counseling style is empathetic and encouraging.

If food feels difficult, confusing and/or causes you worry, let’s talk about it. I’m here to help make it a bit easier. I use a nonjudgmental, weight-neutral and gender inclusive approach, to help all people realize that food can and does mean so much more than just the nutrients on the plate, and empower them that having a normalized relationship with food is possible. I believe in utilizing an all foods fit mentality to neutralize from the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. I specialize in working with adults, but can provide referrals to other providers who work with children or adolescents, upon request.

I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!
