Hello! I am so happy you're here. I'm Ava Conrad a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, OSFED, ARFID, and Orthorexia, as well as disordered eating through the Health At Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, and mindfulness approaches. I'm also currently under supervision for my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential.

My passion is helping my clients feel their best by implementing a holistic approach to nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” plan and am excited to help you discover what works best for you and your body.
