With experience working in clinical dietetics, nutrition education, and eating disorder treatment, I've seen just how important a good nutritional foundation is for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I see clients via Telehealth in my virtual practice to help with various concerns such as eating disorders and disordered eating, stress management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, family nutrition (from introducing solids to picky eaters to growth and development), intuitive eating, health concerns (stress, cardiac issues, blood sugar management, etc.), or just a desire to improve overall health and well-being.

People expect a dietitian to judge them - but most people leave my office with hope, feeling like they are supported in making incremental change.

Rena Needle is a Registered Dietitian and health coach with a Masters in Public Health Nutrition. Her expertise and passion is in pre- and postnatal nutrition and wellness. She uses the most recent evidence-based research to provide individualized nutrition recommendations during pregnancy and motherhood. Rena takes a holistic approach to wellness during pregnancy and motherhood, integrating nutrition, and mindfulness practices to support your overall well-being. Rena is also a certified yoga instructor with ten years of experience teaching private, corporate, and pre- and postnatal yoga classes.

Jill Nelligan, owner and registered dietitian, practices from an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size lens. She works with clients to improve their relationship with food and their body, taking an individualized approach to every session. Tori Nelson is a registered dietitian focused on using her knowledge to help those dealing with gut dysfunction, auto-immune disease, and woman’s health and hormonal imbalances. Tori understands personally the negative impact gut dysfunction can have on someone. After personally suffering for too long with bowel irregularity, bloating, and more she was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. It has become her passion to help others suffering who are left with nowhere to turn. She believes that through the correct holistic and alternative therapies, you can uncover the root cause of dis-ease to heal and achieve long-term wellness.

I believe in an individualized, evidenced-based approach to nutrition. My passion lies in helping my adults, children and families reach their goals in a way that fits their lifestyle and eating preferences. I will spend time listening to what your personal goals are to improve you or your loved ones health, and we will work together to achieve those goals. We all want to look and feel our very best, and I am here to help you get there!

She sees clients as the expert of their lived experience and believes that folks are "already whole." Whether you are in the action or maintenance phase in your health journey (or eating disorder recovery), Malou welcomes you to come as you are. They invite folks to consider or discover a non-diet, weight-inclusive, anti-oppression approach. With a clinical nutrition background, she offers medical nutrition therapy, nutrition counseling, and nutrition assessments for those concerned of the severity of their symptoms.
