We all have different experiences that shape who we are. I collaborate with my clients using a non diet, Healthy at Every Size (HAES) approach to help them find peace and contentment in their relationship with food, their bodies and their lives. I work with both adolescents and adults. I offer tele-health and see clients in person in Tacoma and North Seattle. Amanda Diede is a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 7+ years experience working with eating disorders. She is truly passionate about this work and believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible for everyone. Amanda specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, female athlete triad, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, mindful eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and mood & anxiety disorders.

Based out of Eugene, Oregon I provide telehealth nutrition therapy with a Non-Diet and Health At Every Size lens. My approach is person-centered around your goals and values. I incorporate evidence-based medical nutrition therapy while challenging the misinformation and disinformation of normative diet culture. Together we will work to create a dietary plan tailored to your personal needs and goals while improving and nurturing your relationship with food and your body.

As a dietitian for over 19 years, I have helped a wide range of clients from pediatrics to geriatrics. I have specialized in bariatrics (weight loss surgery- sleeve, bypass, lap band) for the last 5 years providing medical clearances and long term follow up to ensure lasting success. I believe in the medicinal value of food and focus my efforts on the inclusion verse the exclusion of foods. Although changing ones eating habits can be challenging, dietary changes should not cause stress or feelings of deprivation. My goal is to help my clients adjust their food choices to achieve their health goals safely.

Hi, my name is Rachel Dyal (she/her). I enjoy working with all clients as they navigate an eating disorder or disordered eating. Due to the four years I spent as an US Army Dietitian, I have experience supporting Service Members and Veterans as they navigate the immediate and long-term impact of the intense pressure and scrutiny military environments place on eating, movement, and physical appearance. I also support Service Members' loved ones as their eating and body image is often influenced by the military eating environment.
