Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Telehealth only. Do you have Chronic Kidney Disease or a history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and/or a genetic condition that may affect your kidney health? At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters. If you do not have kidney disease, we have dietitians who specialize in a variety of conditions.

I am a Registered Dietitian out of Tampa, Fl however I am 100% virtual. My target population is people who have been yo-yo dieting for years however they have been unable to sustainably lose weight on their own. We help you to lose fat and have a healthier relationship with food (while still eating the foods you love). This type of client is tired of dieting for what seems like their whole life and they want to find a way to lose weight forever so they do not have to keep jumping on fad diet after fad diet.

My ideal client is someone who is goal oriented and is ready to make the necessary adjustments to reach their health and nutrition goals. They may be deficient in certain vitamins and minerals or possibly, a blood marker value is too low or too high. Or they may want to lose weight/gain weight or maintain their weight and get into the best shape of their lives. My ideal client's health is their most prized possession! Being healthy is the #1 priority!

Stephanie Nicholson, MS, RDN, LDN, CLT is a Registered Dietitian with a Master and Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. Stephanie has worked professionally in a variety of medical based settings including hemodialysis, diabetes management, eating disorders, oncology, and gastrointestinal disorders. She is also certified in Adult Weight Management and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephanie has a special passion for working with individuals struggling with kidney disease. She believes that a whole foods approach to nutrition has the power to heal the body, & restore and preserve kidney health.
