I have been a Registered Dietitian for 17 years specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. I help people change their relationship with food and exercise while promoting positive body image. In addition to providing nutrition education on normal eating, I also address the thoughts and feelings around food. I promote a non-diet approach to health in which all foods can fit into the diet. The goal is for you to develop a positive and healthy relationship with food and your body.

After college graduation, she relocated to the Phoenix area to start her career as an RD. Brina specializes in eating disorders and is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. She also specializes in intuitive eating, sports nutrition, digestive issues and food allergies.
