I partner with my clients to set realistic goals promoting quality of life and personal choice. As a client, we will take a root cause approach to your symptoms and develop personalized dietary, lifestyle, and targeted supplement support to get you feeling nourished emotionally and physically. Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. I am a registered dietitian with a virtual private practice. I am currently accepting new clients. I specialize in providing support to individuals struggling with eating disorders and chronic dieting. I work from a weight-neutral lens and I utilize the principles of Intuitive Eating in my counseling. I have 5+ years experience working in the field of eating disorders, including higher levels of care such as residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient.

Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people navigate the world of nutrition all while creating a happy, healthy relationship with food.
