Using a weight neutral and non-judgemental approach, Emily believes that health is multifactorial and will work to see you as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Emily has spent the majority of her career in higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment (RES, PHP, IOP) treating various eating disorders diagnoses.

Julia is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a commitment to helping individuals overcome eating disorders and cultivate a healthy relationship with food. Julia strives to bring a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor to foster a safe space where individuals feel heard and understood, making her a ready and capable resource in the challenging but transformative process of overcoming nutrition challenges. Julia offers a wealth of knowledge that comes from years of working in the inpatient setting.

My ideal client comes wanting to make a change and is willing to take on some challenges to help get them to that ideal health place. We make small changes, set goals after each visit, and the client is willing to step outside of their current comfort zone and challenge themselves to change. They want better digestion, less inflammation, a more active lifestyle, improvement in performance (sports and general activity), and to achieve a more desired body type (weight loss, increase in lean mass, or general weight gain).
