Hi I'm Rebecca Bonetti! I am a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who specializes in intuitive eating, mindfulness-based nutrition, body image, and trauma-informed care. Together, we will delve into your relationship with food and factors that impact your choices, so I can best counsel you how to put an end to the miserable cycle of restrictive dieting. We will always work as a team, as you know your body best.
