Faith specializes in working with those interested in PCOS, IBS, GI Conditions, Infertility Nutrition, Low FODMAP, bariatrics, and more. She believes that food choices should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.

I am an eating disorder dietitian in Washington, DC who specializes in working with adults with eating disorders and truly believe full recovery is possible. I work with client's recovering from anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa (which I believe can occur at all body sizes but in some cases is referred to as Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder or OSFED), Orthorexia, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Binge Eating Disorder, body image concerns and body dysmorphia. I also love helping clients without eating disorder diagnoses break free from chronic dieting and disordered eating patterns.

Issues we can tackle together: eating disorders, gut health (IBS, SIBO, UC), yo-yo dieting, weight management, prenatal nutrition, postpartum nutrition, childhood nutrition, and/or preventative nutrition. I want every client to feel better, reach their health goals, and gain a healthy relationship with ALL foods. I do not take a one size fits all approach and I work with you based on where you are now.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.
