I specialize in eating disorders, body image, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and disordered eating that overlap with diabetes. I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist licensed since 2005. I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics at Radford University in Radford, VA and completed my Dietetic Internship through Sodexo. I have more than 20 years of experience working in food and nutrition services, specializing in medical nutrition therapy for diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, eating disorders and sports nutrition. I posses certificates of training in the fields of weight management and integrative and functional nutrition through The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I have a passion for helping all people achieve optimal health.
