Robert Hildebrandt, originally from Morris County, New Jersey, has moved to Ocean Country where he is able to specialize in Weight Loss and Diabetes Management. Robert teaches Diabetes Self Management Education Group Programs and Heart Disease Prevention Group Programs. He works with residents in all areas of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth in 2016 then completed his Dietetic Internship at Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, New Jersey in 2017.

I usually see clients who have already tried mainstream medical care and are just not finding the relief they sought. They know there is more work to do however, they are possibly not being heard by their current healthcare providers or not at their optimal state of health that they know they can feel or once felt.

Elena is a Registered Diettian / Nutritionist with extensive experience of over 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College & City University and completed a dietetic internship program at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. She is an accredited member of the American Nutrition Academy and completed her Certificate of Training in Weight Management. My areas of expertise are: Weight management - Eating disorders - Stress management - Hormonal imbalances - Diabetes - Hypertension - Cardiovascular disease - Thyroid issues - Skin concerns - Fitnesses and Wellness.

Over my many years of providing Nutrition Therapy, I have learned how complex most people are. This has led me to continue my education beyond my Nutrition degrees into various certifications, including Diabetes Education, Integrative & Functional Nutrition, as well as the Monash FODMAP program. I have had a lot of success with guiding clients with IBS on Low FODMAP diets. Additionally, I recently completed a Digestive Wellness program in order to help with a growing number of clients with other GI concerns. As an Integrative Nutritionist, I use assessment tools that help me to look at clients in a more comprehensive way.
