I previously worked as a clinical Registered Dietitian in multiple sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facilities. I am skilled in applying nutrition therapy to patients with various medical conditions, such as cardiac disease, pulmonary disease, liver disease, and kidney disease.

In this ever changing world of nutrition, I enjoy helping patients decipher the many myths and fads related to a healthy diet. As a Registered Dietitian, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Diabetes Educator, I am passionate about helping others feel better and live healthier lives. I enjoy staying up to date with current nutritional science and research, and apply this information into a realistic, simple approach to everyday life. I have contributed to health/fitness related articles, including Wellness magazine and Better Homes & Gardines magazine.
