Welcome, I am so glad you're here! I am a Registered Dietitian located in New Jersey. I specialize in providing nutrition counseling for individuals who have eating disorders and disordered eating. I am also thrilled to work with those who might not fall into the previous categories but are looking for a better way to explore nutrition, their health and find a way of eating and living that is individualized and feels best for them. I provide primarily virtual services at this time. I am an anti- diet dietitian! This means I don’t prescribe diets unless you have a medical condition that requires specific medical nutrition therapy.

The Eating Disorder Space provides outpatient Telehealth nutrition counseling for individuals with eating disorders or disordered eating. We can also provide weight inclusive nutrition therapy for chronic conditions.

My areas of focus for medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling include eating disorder treatment and pregnancy nutrition. My clinical background also makes me adept at working with people struggling with chronic disease. Hi I'm Tara Gagliostro. I'm a Functional Medicine Nutritionist devoted to helping you find optimal health. At Sage & Santosha, we support each individual by providing a holistic, personalized, patient centered approach. I am here to listen to your entire health history, collect data, research, review labs and drug and nutrient interactions while looking at your whole environmental, genetic and lifestyle factors to discern if these are affecting your health.

LORI R. LEE, MA, RD, CPT, CLT, Founder/Executive Director of The Wellness Center of Northwest Jersey, and Owner of LRD Nutrition Services for over 25 years, provides nutrition therapy services for all ages, utilizing advanced integrative and functional medicine protocols with a whole food nutrition focus. Her expertise in medical nutrition therapy includes treating patients with all health conditions, such as diabetes, cardiac, allergies, autoimmune disorders, cancer and weight management. As a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT), Lori specializes in Mediator Release Testing which measures food and chemical sensitivities with targeted therapy for achieving maximum outcomes effectively and with accuracy.

With nearly 20 years experience, I believe that being a great dietitian means more than just telling people what to eat, it is about becoming their guide to better nutrition and overall wellness.
