Integrative Clinical nutrition is based on a scientific, evidence-based approach that considers the uniqueness of each person's biochemical individuality, in conjunction with genetic, environmental , lifestyle, mental, emotional, spiritual and relationship factors that impact the state of health. My personal story may be just like your own. Like many of you reading this, I suffered many years with health conditions that didn't fit into the mold of conventional medicine.

I specialize in working with kids via telehealth who are picky eaters (including those diagnosed with Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD), ARFID, and Autism Spectrum Disorder), individuals who are underweight or have growth concerns, and/or suffer from poor gut health (constipation, diarrhea, bloating, excess gas). I provide individualized advice instead of one size fits all care. I dig deep to uncover the reasoning for selectivity and set realistic goals. My goal is to not only ensure calories are adequate, but also make sure that we are setting your child up for long-term nutrition and health success.

I am a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is transgender, queer, neurodivergent, and recovered from my own eating disorders. I believe every client is truly unique and sees the world through their own lens. I work from a weight inclusive and social justice stance in striving to respect humans living in different body shapes, sizes, ages, genders, abilities, nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. I believe in developing a strong therapeutic alliance with each client to work alongside them to find their own sustainable solutions for lasting recovery from disordered eating.

From the solace of your home, I will work with you to use food as medicine and put short and long term diet-based solutions into action. As an Integrative and Functional Dietitian and Diabetes Educator, I can use nutrition science with labs, genetics, and your observations to help you not only get well but feel better for life! Common issues I help people with include digestive problems, PCOS, testosterone support, DIABETES, high blood pressure, anxiety/depression, hypothyroidism, sensitivity-related illness, and weight management. However, if you have no named illness and just feel awful, I am here for you.

I help my patients achieve results by addressing the root causality to their health concerns. I use an 80 marker blood test I designed with Quest Diagnostics to determine nutrient deficiency, toxic exposure, hormone imbalances, Immune and Neurological deficits as well as to address stress and lifestyle changes. I PROVIDE REAL SOLUTIONS TO REAL HEALTH PROBLEMS. As we age, weight loss becomes increasingly more difficult. The body is holding onto weight to protect nerves, organs, and brain from toxic exposure. By addressing these issues, the patient will live a pain free, medication free, disease free, vibrant and energetic life.

Kristin specializes in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, PCOS, Digestive Conditions, IBS, Low FODMAP, Chron's, and Pre/Post Natal Nutrition. Kristin offers a positive approach to nutrition by focusing on building a healthy relationship with food, making lifestyle changes, goal setting and problem solving to overcome barriers. She believes in staying positive, and that it’s never too late to make lifestyle changes that can lead to a healthier life. Kristin became a dietitian after the experience of caregiving in high school for her grandmother.

Jamie is a Registered Dietitia with Health Loft who takes a compassionate approach to nutrition therapy by meeting people where they are in their personal journeys and helping them make incremental changes in order to restore a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She understands the harmful nature of diet culture and takes an approach to nutrition therapy that is both affirming and sustainable. She will tailor a treatment plan based in an individual’s specific needs and goals, always striving towards a place of recovery and growth.

Kristina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She believes in creating a supportive environment for behavior change. Change is difficult and vulnerable, and Kristina knows the importance of empathy and compassion in this work. Kristina believes in Health at Every Size and weight-inclusive care. She believes that health incorporates emotional, physical, and mental wellbeing.
