I am a registered dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, and Certified Lactation Counselor with close to 20 years of practice in pediatrics and gastrointestinal health. I specialize in food allergy and intolerance, including eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), celiac disease, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) and maternal diet elimination for breastfeeding babies with food protein-induced allergy. I am passionate about helping others to navigate their food allergies or intolerances and nourish the body despite food eliminations.

As a registered dietitian I have the skills to work with you to tailor achievable diet and health goals to meet your needs. Together we can devise realistic strategies to accomplish those goals. Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.
