For about 20+ years, many patients have come to me with issues around emotional/stress eating, weight management, skin problems, digestive health concerns, mood/energy shifts, blood sugar irregularity, and lab abnormalities. Usually, the culprits of these issues include disordered eating habits, choosing foods that aren’t fueling you, inactivity, poor hydration & stress. I also have extensive experience with disordered eating, pre and postnatal nutrition, endometriosis, fertility issues, hormone balancing, and migraines.

Elena is a Registered Diettian / Nutritionist with extensive experience of over 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College & City University and completed a dietetic internship program at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. She is an accredited member of the American Nutrition Academy and completed her Certificate of Training in Weight Management.
