I am a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist specializing in treating eating disorders and disordered eating for all ages. My aim in nutrition counseling is to help others find peace and joy in their relationship with food. So many of us experience shame, confusion, guilt, or discomfort around food and eating. I strive to come alongside my clients to rediscover a way of eating that brings nourishment, connection and clarity.

Hello there! I describe myself as a HAES-aligned, anti-diet, and weight-inclusive dietitian. I have been providing nutrition counseling since 2013, helping people cultivate better relationships with food and learn to trust their bodies again (or maybe for the first time ever).
