I am a Non Diet/HAES Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. My passion is to help people who struggle with chronic dieting and eating disorders. I help my clients develop a healthy REAL INTUITIVE relationship with food, by stopping the "food worrying" and labeling food as "good or bad" and becoming their own experts when it comes to listening to their bodies. My approach is very unique and individualized. I work with children, adolescents, college students, adults and all genders.

I am a Massachusetts & Rhode Island-based Registered Dietitian with the group practice, Karuna Wellness Studio, who sees clients both in-person in Norwood, MA and virtually across the U.S. Karuna is a group practice specializing in nutrition and movement services through a anti-diet, HAES-aligned, weight-neutral approach.
