I believe that everyone deserves to have a basic understanding of nutrition, and my goal is to help clients meet their individual nutritional needs and set realistic, achievable goals. I understand that improving health is about more than just “knowing what to do,” and that seeing me is often not your first step towards better health. Part of working with me is identifying and helping you overcome past and present obstacles in order to create lasting lifestyle changes.

With experience working in clinical dietetics, nutrition education, and eating disorder treatment, I've seen just how important a good nutritional foundation is for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I see clients via Telehealth in my virtual practice to help with various concerns such as eating disorders and disordered eating, stress management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, family nutrition (from introducing solids to picky eaters to growth and development), intuitive eating, health concerns (stress, cardiac issues, blood sugar management, etc.), or just a desire to improve overall health and well-being.

Welcome! I am a Registered Dietitian in Providence, Rhode Island. I enjoy helping my clients make realistic changes that they can incorporate into their lifestyle. I chose to pursue a career in nutrition to be a reliable source for those seeking guidance on their nutritional health.

I am a Non Diet/HAES Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. My passion is to help people who struggle with chronic dieting and eating disorders. I help my clients develop a healthy REAL INTUITIVE relationship with food, by stopping the "food worrying" and labeling food as "good or bad" and becoming their own experts when it comes to listening to their bodies. My approach is very unique and individualized. I work with children, adolescents, college students, adults and all genders.

Ashley Vazquez is a non-diet certified eating disorder registered dietitian and IAEDP approved supervisor working to help individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, negative body image, and chronic dieting, improve their relationship with food since 2012. Ashley's goal in working with clients is to help them find freedom from food and achieve optimal health. Ashley has experience working with individuals in a variety of care settings (inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient) and truly believes the importance of strong team approach.

Hi there! My name is Lesley Varone and I am glad you are here. I live by the belief that there is no such thing as a “good” or “bad” food, they are simply different. My goal is to empower clients to live well by cultivating a positive and nourishing connection with food, fostering body acceptance, challenging diet culture norms, and understanding the broader societal influences on food and body image.

With my previous position as adolescent dietitian for in higher levels of eating disorder care, I have a special passion for eating disorder work. I may have years of formal education under my belt, but what I will never presume to know is how you “should eat.” I love helping people find an eating pattern that suits their needs, wants, and circumstances. I practice with a Health at Every Size framework that allows you to explore your health values regardless of your body size.

I will work with you to help make some gradual changes in order to feel good about yourself and see positive results. I am an experienced professional treating a diversity of patients and believe in treatment that includes a combination of evidence based therapeutic and dietetic practices. We will work together to improve your Diabetes, Cardiovascular, GI health, or relationship with food over time and help you to feel physically well. I have worked for many years with children and teens in addiiton to adults.

Amber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's in Public Health. She discovered her passion when she became a mother and started merging her background in nutrition with early childhood development and mindful eating practices. She began teaching a course in Family Food & Nutrition in 2008 and has been teaching college courses while juggling motherhood ever since. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource. She enjoys interacting with clients to consider how best to help them reach their unique goals.

I focus on women's health and gastrointestinal problems (like IBS).

My primary focus is to understand and analyze your lifestyle in order to create a nutrition plan that provides you a lifetime of healthy habits that are attainable and sustainable. I can assist individuals trying to manage their diabetes, reach and/or maintain a healthy weight, and face disordered eating behaviors. Through personal and professional experience, I understand the difficulties needed to confront and alleviate obstacles that may be standing in your way. My goal is to help create a nutrition plan based on your nutrition status, medical condition, and personal goals.

Growing up with an herbalist mother, need I say more...I will customize your diet to meet your specific health, nutrition & sports goals. I am a participating provider with most health insurance companies, making it affordable to maximize your health and reach your goals.
