Dr. Coreyann Poly is a highly skilled Registered Dietitian, Diabetes Educator and Speaker promoting good nutrition/wellness to the adult/older adult populations. She provided one-on-one nutrition counseling to a variety of patients (ages 18+) to improve their health and nutritional status using individualized diet and lifestyle plans. She works with patients on achieving goals such as normalizing weight, increasing strength and endurance, and reducing or preventing medication use through improved cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Dr. Poly specializes in chronic disease prevention and management such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension,high cholesterol/lipids, IBS and Celiac disease.

I am an experienced professional treating a diversity of patients and believe in treatment that includes a combination of evidence based therapeutic and dietetic practices. I have worked for many years with children and teens in addiiton to adults.

With my previous position as adolescent dietitian for in higher levels of eating disorder care, I have a special passion for eating disorder work. I may have years of formal education under my belt, but what I will never presume to know is how you “should eat.” I love helping people find an eating pattern that suits their needs, wants, and circumstances. I practice with a Health at Every Size framework that allows you to explore your health values regardless of your body size.

My primary focus is to understand and analyze your lifestyle in order to create a nutrition plan that provides you a lifetime of healthy habits that are attainable and sustainable. I can assist individuals trying to manage their diabetes, reach and/or maintain a healthy weight, and face disordered eating behaviors. Through personal and professional experience, I understand the difficulties needed to confront and alleviate obstacles that may be standing in your way. My goal is to help create a nutrition plan based on your nutrition status, medical condition, and personal goals.

Amber is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's in Public Health. She discovered her passion when she became a mother and started merging her background in nutrition with early childhood development and mindful eating practices. She began teaching a course in Family Food & Nutrition in 2008 and has been teaching college courses while juggling motherhood ever since. Her integrative approach to health and wellness in combination with her background in nutrition and experience as a mother make her a wonderful resource. She enjoys interacting with clients to consider how best to help them reach their unique goals.

I believe everyone has the right to live an energetic, symptom free life and have epic daily poops. I help people struggling with chronic gut health issues overcome their symptoms through evidence based, plant centered nutrition strategies when conventional medicine has failed them. Together we will take an individualized, holistic approach to restore your gut health, calm inflammation and ditch the diets so you can feel confident in the way you eat, look, and feel.

With experience working in clinical dietetics, nutrition education, and eating disorder treatment, I've seen just how important a good nutritional foundation is for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I see clients via Telehealth in my virtual practice to help with various concerns such as eating disorders and disordered eating, stress management, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, family nutrition (from introducing solids to picky eaters to growth and development), intuitive eating, health concerns (stress, cardiac issues, blood sugar management, etc.), or just a desire to improve overall health and well-being.
