I am a registered dietitian with 16 years’ experience in the nutrition and wellness field. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations. I am very passionate about helping patients and clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist and a certified eating disorder specialist as well as a personal trainer. I am passionate about working with those who have eating disorders and those who struggle with their relationship with food.

I graduated with a BS in Dietetics from Kansas State University and a MS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. I have worked extensively with eating disorder patients in a treatment facility and have experience working with clients who struggle with weight management and diabetes. I also have trained with The Body Positive Institute and am skilled at working with clients on improving body image.

Welcome to NutriHealth Medical Nutrition Therapy. My name is Saadat Aimaq and I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. My areas of expertise include diabetes education, heart healthy nutrition, high blood pressure, general healthy eating, Preemie nutrition, prenatal and tube feeding nutrition.

I have been practicing as a dietitian for 30 years and enjoy working with gestational moms and clients who need individualized counseling to treat their pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and other health conditions. As a certified diabetes educator, I also work closely with dialysis patients in outpatient clinics. Medical Nutrition Therapy for diabetes, kidney disease and weight management is available at Smiley Meal LLC Monday through Saturdays at my office locations.

She takes special interest in Prenatal Nutrition, Pediatric Nutrition and Diabetes care. She works closely with Diabetes patients (Pre-diabetes, Gestational Diabetes, Type I and Type 2 Diabetes) and offer individual counseling and personalized meal plan. Diabetes care includes insulin management and close monitoring of blood glucose goals.

My ideal client realizes that they want greater wellbeing and they want to use self-care & healthful nutrition modalities to reach their aims. Perhaps they want to avoid pre-diabetes from turning into diabetes. They are finding it challenging to achieve the vitality and wellbeing they want. They have a prevention outlook and want to manage health in part through self care. Working together we may choose to tweak balance in mind-body skills, exercise, healthful foods, mindset and adequate sleep. We assess and create action steps/experiments to move towards greater health.

I accept Insurance or private pay option. Having issues with managing Diabetes, getting a better control of A1C, weight gain, high cholesterol, hypertension or suffering with GI issues. I can HELP! I believe in “Patient-Provider Partnership” and believe in "empowering patients” through education in order to understand disease state and be a partner in decision making, managing health with better nutrition. Samantha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who obtained her bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. Then she went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with Virginia Tech. Samantha prioritizes her patients health goals first and foremost. She is especially passionate about helping clients with sustainable weight management (weight gain or weight loss). As well as helping clients navigate nutrition with GI issues, skin issues, and diabetes management.

I am a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about supporting sustainable and peaceful relationships with food. I work with individuals struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, diabetes management, and general wellness.
