Alison was driven to the eating disorder field after her experiences as a competitive gymnast and Division 1 collegiate athlete. She is passionate about helping all individuals with varying backgrounds and all eating disorders through individualized care with a particular interest in pediatrics and athletes. She practices within the Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles by walking alongside clients to help them heal their relationship with food and themselves.

Amanda Diede is a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 7+ years experience working with eating disorders. She is truly passionate about this work and believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible for everyone. Amanda specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, female athlete triad, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, mindful eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and mood & anxiety disorders.

I have been practicing as a dietitian for 30 years and enjoy working with gestational moms and clients who need individualized counseling to treat their pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and other health conditions. As a certified diabetes educator, I also work closely with dialysis patients in outpatient clinics. Medical Nutrition Therapy for diabetes, kidney disease and weight management is available at Smiley Meal LLC Monday through Saturdays at my office locations.

I love supporting families with nutrition & feeding challenges. When working together, we will set realistic & achievable goals. I don't give out standard meal plans or diets but instead focus on meeting nutrient needs - adding instead of taking away and helping you feel confident nourishing yourself and your family. Samantha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who obtained her bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. Then she went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with Virginia Tech. Samantha prioritizes her patients health goals first and foremost. She is especially passionate about helping clients with sustainable weight management (weight gain or weight loss). As well as helping clients navigate nutrition with GI issues, skin issues, and diabetes management.
