I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals through a personalized lifestyle approach using intuitive eating practices. Amanda Diede is a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 7+ years experience working with eating disorders. She is truly passionate about this work and believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible for everyone. Amanda specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, female athlete triad, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, mindful eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and mood & anxiety disorders.

She values being a compassionate provider with an active approach to care. Her goal is to use her expertise and creativity to cut through the overwhelming noise and help you reach your nutrition goals. Molly has experience in clinical settings, the nonprofit world, start-up/tech environments, and private practice. She specializes in eating disorder treatment, sports nutrition, and women’s health, all through a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating lens.

Brittany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian specializing in the treatment of eating disorders with experience in both the outpatient and inpatient level of treatment. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, she continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro securing a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science.

I can help you with medical nutrition therapy for including diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension, abnormal lipid levels, and weight management. I have over 23 years of experience developing Wellness programs and providing cutting-edge nutrition, fitness and wellness services to a wide variety of individuals and groups. Cynthia Libby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist passionate about helping folks heal their relationship with food, body image, and exercise. Cynthia has experience treating both adults and adolescents struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, eating disorders and other mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Cynthia takes a special interest in exploring the client’s current relationship with movement, offering guidance on how they may begin to challenge obligatory exercise and shift towards the incorporation of joyful movement.

I am a Registered Dietitian in Northern Virginia, licensed in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. I am also a Certified Clinical Transplant Dietitian and has spent the last 10 years specializing in Renal Nutrition at MedStar Georgetown Transplant Institute in Washington, D.C. As an advanced practitioner in the nutrition care of kidney transplant candidates and recipients, my focus has been educating and preparing patients meet the nutritional requirements for transplant. My experience is from a variety of settings, including dialysis centers, community nutrition, clinical and organ transplant.
