Kerri takes a lifelong and “food is fun” approach to her sessions, and understands that what may work in one season of life, may not work in the next. Kerri also believes in an all inclusive approach with foods and body types, providing an environment rich in opportunity to build trust and learning for both client and provider.

Michael is a Registered Dietitian who loves helping his clients bridge the gap between health and lifestyle. He obtained his B.S in Food and Dietetics and his Masters in Nutrition from Appalachian State University. Michael enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, while having experience in chronic disease, healthy aging, sports performance, gut health disorders and inflammation. This passion extends to the LGBTQIA+ population and assisting those in underserved communities.

Hi! My name is Kristen Ziesmer, I am a registered dietitian, board certified specialist in sports dietetics and a certified personal trainer. I am the owner of Elite Nutrition and Performance, LLC, a comprehensive nutrition and fitness consulting practice located in the Greenville area of South Carolina. I work with athletes and active individuals ages 10 and up perform at their peak by combining science with practical application.
