I have been increasing my expertise in sports nutrition, food sensitivities and ways to help women with lymphatic disorders.

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and A4M Certified Integrative provider. I have a passion for helping individuals achieve their optimal state of health and wellbeing.
