I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who provides nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits. I take an inclusive approach to all foods and body types, providing my clients with a safe space to speak freely about their habits and the flexibility to create their own definitions of healthy.

I am also a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor as well as Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. My clients range from those who are chronically ill and dealing with challenges such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension and injuries to those who are very healthy but want to be educated on how to improve their health further. I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.

As a Dietitian who's also a foodie, I'm all about finding the right balance of healthy choices and living life to the fullest. My passion is helping others find their happy and healthy balance while developing a great relationship with them as well. Christina Ushler, MS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian/health coach specializing in weight management and renal nutrition.
