I specialize in nutrition therapy & counseling for: intuitive eating, eating disorders/disordered eating, child nutrition concerns, picky eating, child growth or weight concerns, ASD, and ADHD.

I am a registered dietitian/nutritionist & diabetes educator with over 25 years of expertise in counseling individual clients, families and larger groups. I am a provider for most major insurances including(but not limited to) Aetna, Personal Choice, Keystone, Blue Cross, Cigna, Health Partners and Medicare. I am passionate about working with my clients to help them make life-long changes in their eating habits, tailoring it to their individual lifestyle(s), rather than creating "just another diet plan."
