I consult each person based on their desired health goals in reaching optimal health. With my training I am able to design exercise programs, provide nutritional protocols as well as stress relief through yoga, pilates, Thai massage, Reiki and Nutritional Cellular Cleansing.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies.
