Greta is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s of Science in nutrition. Greta graduated from Saint Elizabeth’s University where she specialized in alternative nutrition approaches, medical nutrition therapy and motivational interviewing. Greta’s passion is helping adolescents and adults with eating disorders and related struggles such as body image, weight management, and self-esteem issues. She has additional experience working in a hospital setting providing nutrition education for clients with diabetes, renal issues, cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal problems.

I have 23 years of experience as a dietitian nutritionist working with eating disorders ( all types). I bring clients HOPE that they can end their dieting, depriving and/or restricting cycle and finally understand what their body needs, wants and deserves! My approach working with men/women/ children and adolescents is to be relatable and trustworthy. I educate you about your body so you can take ownership of it. I believe in working collaboratively as part of a team with your medical doctor, therapist and psychiatrist. In addition, I support family involvement in sessions when appropriate to maximize behavior change.

Stephanie is a passionate Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and eating-related issues, including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), as well as weight management and sports nutrition. Stephanie has additional experience treating gastrointestinal issues, diabetes management, cardiovascular health, and renal disease. She believes nutrition is integral in all aspects of one’s health and strives to understand her clients on an interpersonal level in order to assist them with their complex issues around food.

Theresa Shank, RD LDN, is a Philadelphia based registered dietitian specializing in nutrition and health communications. Theresa provides nutritional counseling to a wide range of individuals with varying needs such as weight loss, disease prevention and management, IBS and gastrointestinal conditions, sports nutrition, women's health and PCOS, child/adolescent weight management and food allergies and sensitivities. Theresa will work with you, not against you, to provide realistic recommendations and sustainable behavior change to help you finally achieve your nutritional goals.
