I am a Registered Dietitian with 11 years of experience and my NUMBER 1 goal is to teach you how to gradually make changes to your diet and stay off dialysis. I work with clients 1:1 so you will receive individual attention from me on a weekly basis.

Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I have practiced as a Dietitian Nutritionist since 2016, serving a diverse mix of people from those managing complex medical conditions to those who are well and desire to prevent disease. I also have an in depth knowledge of sports nutrition​ I believe that every person’s body is different, therefore, there isn’t a blanket approach for everybody’s nutritional and wellness needs.

I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for almost 15 years. I have assisted hundreds of patients with multiple health problems mange and improve their condition by nutrition and lifestyle interventions. Since 2020, I have worked with patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease that is interested in delaying the progression of kidney damage by medical nutrition therapy. I have worked in several dialysis clinics over the last 15 years, which has also been a very rewarding experience.
