Kristin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues, Crohn's, Celiac, PCOS, and interested in Weight Management. Kristin enjoys collaborating with her clients and supporting them on their journey towards making sustainable lifestyle changes and believes health relies on the balance of nutritional, mental, social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. She whole heartedly believes that food is information for our cells and what we eat is critical to how we reveal ourselves to the world.

It is not often we are encouraged to honor our bodies needs. We live in world that teaches us to "watch it" and "have it together", especially around weight and food. Unfortunately, this constant pressure to "be good" can play a role in constant dieting, restricting, binging, purging and an all or nothing attitude around exercise. Fortunately, we can make peace with food and our bodies again. Victoria W. Goodman, DSC,RD,LDN,CLT is a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a private practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Due to safety concerns with COVID- 19, she now offers virtual appointments only via platforms such as Zoom or FaceTime, or by telephone. Not only is Victoria accomplished in the science of medical nutrition therapy, she is passionate about promoting healthy dietary and lifestyle changes and has helped a diverse group of clients obtain their individual goals. Greta is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s of Science in nutrition. Greta graduated from Saint Elizabeth’s University where she specialized in alternative nutrition approaches, medical nutrition therapy and motivational interviewing. Greta’s passion is helping adolescents and adults with eating disorders and related struggles such as body image, weight management, and self-esteem issues. She has additional experience working in a hospital setting providing nutrition education for clients with diabetes, renal issues, cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal problems.

I am an anti-diet, Intuitive Eating Coach, and Registered Dietitian dedicated to help you heal your relationship with food and your body.
