Hello, I'm Rachael! I am a registered dietitian specializing in disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image. I believe that people of all body sizes and identities deserve a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Jessica specializes in working with PCOS, Disordered/Eating Disorders, Infertility Nutrition, Pre/Post Partum, Hormonal Imbalances, and other areas. She believes that a diet should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. She works with her clients to identify their goals, understand their lifestyle and preferences, and create a plan that fits their unique needs. Jessica also recognizes that food is more than just fuel for the body – it is often tied to emotions, memories, and cultural traditions. As such, she helps her clients to build a positive relationship with food.

Gabrielle Wade is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. Gabrielle completed her dietetic internship at Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. Gabrielle has a private office in Greenwich, CT, where she primarily works with clients with various eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, and binge eating disorder.

At Alyssa Lavy Nutrition & Wellness, our team focuses on repairing gut health and food relationships. Our nutrition experts specialize in digestive health, sports nutrition and eating disorders, using our foodie-first approach and motivational interviewing skills. My main focus in my work is empowering individuals with the tools and information they need to achieve their goals. I provide nutritional counseling as well as rehabilitative training and craniosacral therapy. I have a weight-neutral practice, which means I do not use weight loss as the main metric for success.
