Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). I am a Registered dietitian, licensed and certified in 10 states. I have been President of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for New York State. I work with all age groups on various issues of weight control, diabetes, FODMAP, Gastrointestinal Disorders and Children's issues among other diagnoses.

My ideal client will be someone who wants to improve their lifestyle by changing their health behavior to improve their overall health. My ideal client is someone suffering from a chronic disease (s). For example, clients who have issues with diabetes who need help with lowering their blood glucose level, those suffering heart disease who need help with lowering their high blood pressure, those who have obesity and need to manage their weight, or even those who have cancer and need to eat to gain strength, weight and energy. Clients who are need of an professional who meets the whole person health needs.

Yuchi Yang, MS, RD, is passionate about helping people address their nutritional questions and concerns. Many of her clients feel comfortable with her understanding etiquette and find her realistic approach motivating. Specialty areas include weight loss, food allergies, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, diabetes, eating disorders, vegan diet, pediatric nutrition, and healthy eating for healthy living.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

Jenny is a registered dietitian who believes in a holistic approach to health. She has helped people manage their nutrition and weight through some of the most critical times of their lives. She has worked with conditions including pregnancy, postpartum, poor weight gain, feeding difficulties, gastrointestinal disease, congenital heart disease, transplant, and inborn errors of metabolism. She loves working with children and adults alike and believes there is something to learn from every client she meets. Jenny strives to be a good listener and understand her clients' goals and struggles.

Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.
