I have been practicing as a dietitian for 30 years and enjoy working with gestational moms and clients who need individualized counseling to treat their pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and other health conditions. As a certified diabetes educator, I also work closely with dialysis patients in outpatient clinics. Samantha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who obtained her bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University. Then she went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with Virginia Tech. Samantha prioritizes her patients health goals first and foremost. She is especially passionate about helping clients with sustainable weight management (weight gain or weight loss). As well as helping clients navigate nutrition with GI issues, skin issues, and diabetes management.

Jillian is a registered dietitian that has experience working with both adolescent and adult eating disorder residential patients. Jillian emphasizes building trust with each client to create a safe and comfortable space during each session while meeting them where they are at in the recovery process. She is passionate about teaching the importance of nutrition with the philosophy of balance, variety and moderation to her clients and exploring their relationship with food and work towards food freedom.
