She is an expert in women's and metabolic health (PCOS, diabetes, peri-menopause, fertility) as well as primarily plant-based eating. I am a nutrition consultant located in the Washington DC-area maintaining a clinical practice in Alexandria, Virginia and Silver Spring, Maryland. Cynthia Libby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist passionate about helping folks heal their relationship with food, body image, and exercise. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified in Weight Management. As a current partner with TPG Pediatrics and Metropolitan Breastfeeding I am able to care for patient's dietary needs, picky eating, food sensitivities, lactation, and weight management providing both in-person and virtual appointments for all ages.
