Welcome to a A Bowl Full of Nutrition. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in eating disorder treatment, medical nutrition therapy, weight management, and motivational interviewing. I graduated with a BS in Dietetics from Kansas State University and a MS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. I have worked extensively with eating disorder patients in a treatment facility and have experience working with clients who struggle with weight management and diabetes. I also have trained with The Body Positive Institute and am skilled at working with clients on improving body image.

Finding a dietitian who can personalize a program for your needs, and empower you to make healthier dietary lifestyle choices is a big decision. Rebecca is a registered dietitian, board certified sports dietitian and a personal trainer with her Bachelor's degree in dietetics and her graduate degree in exercise and sports science from Iowa State University. She also has a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Rebecca works with digestive issues, allergies, weight issues and with several athletes from various training groups - DC tri, Team Z, Team in Training, Pacers, and others. She also works closely with folks with multiple food allergies and has very extensive and personal experience in this area as well as with weight loss.

If sports nutrition is your focus, I will measure your resting metabolic rate, do a fitness assessment, and write an exercise prescription. My clients are ready to make incremental changes and learn how to sustain them. Recommendations are individualized and include what food choices, vitamin and mineral supplementation, and what types and amounts of physical activity will help you optimize your health.

My nutritional coaching approach focuses on guiding you to a healthier lifestyle by enjoying whole delicious foods, eating for balance and energy ,and healthy weight management. I look at the "whole" person and all the reasons we struggle with taking the right steps towards better health. Our work together will be about long term lifestyle changes rather than the quick fix diet mentality. I am a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals through a personalized lifestyle approach using intuitive eating practices. Rather than focusing solely on weight, I help patients to focus on their current lifestyle and set reasonable goals towards achieving a better relationship with food and their body. Brittany has extensive experience working in the field of pediatric nutrition. She received her B.S. in dietetics, with a minor in Spanish, from the University of Maryland. Brittany then went on to complete her dietetic internship from the National Institutes of Health, focusing on providing medical nutrition therapy to the pediatric population. She has served as a pediatric dietitian at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC for many years. Brittany is available to see pediatric patients in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area!

Jillian is a registered dietitian that has experience working with both adolescent and adult eating disorder residential patients. Jillian emphasizes building trust with each client to create a safe and comfortable space during each session while meeting them where they are at in the recovery process. She is passionate about teaching the importance of nutrition with the philosophy of balance, variety and moderation to her clients and exploring their relationship with food and work towards food freedom.

I am a registered dietitian with 16 years’ experience in the nutrition and wellness field. I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations. I am very passionate about helping patients and clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

Ideally, a client who presents with disordered eating and needs a combination of psychotherapy, nutritional therapy, and bodywork or fitness training. Using a holistic approach, I address underlying issues and triggers behind the disordered eating. I teach clients to identify their feelings, use non-food coping skills, awareness of true hunger cues, and become more connected to their bodies by separating food from feelings.
